Industrial Relations Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Industrial Relations Act 1988.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48.]

2.   Schedule 3 (Commonwealth authorities (definition of “Public Sector Employment”))

2.1   Before “AIDC Ltd”, insert:

“Aerospace Technologies of Australia Pty Ltd”.

2.2   Omit “AUSSAT Pty Limited”.

2.3   After “Australian National Railways Commission”, insert :

“Australian Overseas Telecommunications Corporation”.

2.4   Omit “Australian Telecommunications Corporation”.

2.5   Omit “Commonwealth Banking Corporation”, substitute:

“Commonwealth Bank of Australia

Commonwealth Funds Management Limited”.

2.6   Omit “OTC Limited”.
