Industrial Relations Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Industrial Relations Act 1988.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 98 (Inquiry into ballot irregularity—application)

2.1   Subregulation 98 (1):

After paragraph (a), insert:

• “(aa)

  made by a member of the organisation whose members were eligible to vote in the ballot; and”.

3.   Schedule 1 (Forms)

3.1   Form 11:

Omit “Regulation 93”, substitute “Subregulation 98 (1)”.
