I, The Governor-General of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, make the following Regulations under the

1.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
These Regulations commence on gazettal: see
2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
“131e. If overtime may be paid under the award to the employee, the record relating to the employee must state:
(a) the number of hours worked by the employee during each day; and
(b) when the employee started and ceased work.”.
3.1 Paragraph 131H (a):
Omit the paragraph.
4.1 Subregulation 131M (1):
Omit “subregulation 131K (1)”, substitute “subregulation 131L (1)”.
5.1 Subregulation 131R (2):
Omit “1 February 1993”, substitute “31 March 1993”.
6.1 Paragraph 132B (l):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
“(l) if the award provides for superannuation contributions to be made by the employer for the benefit of the employee:
(i) the amount of each contribution made for the benefit of the employee during the period to which the pay slip relates; and
(ii) the name of the fund to which that contribution was made.”.
7.1 Subregulation 132D (2):
Omit “1 February 1993”, substitute “31 March 1993”.
