Industrial Relations Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Industrial Relations Act 1988.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations arc amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

 

2. Regulation 131R (Offences)

2.1 Subregulation 131R (2):

Omit “31 March 1993”, substitute “30 June 1993”.

3. Regulation 132D (Offences)

3.1 Subregulation 132D (2):

Omit “31 March 1993”, substitute “30 June 1993”.
