Industrial Relations Regulations 2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and being satisfied that the following Regulations are connected with the sale of Qantas Airways Limited, make those Regulations under

the Industrial Relations Act 1988.

Schedule to the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

1. Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on the same day as Part 4 of the

2 Industrial Relations 1993 No. 61

2. Dec larat ion for the purposes of subsection 4 1 (1) of the

Qantas Sale Act 1992

2.1 These Regulations are connected with the sale of Qantas

Airways Limited.

3. Amendment

3.1 The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in

these Regulations.

4. Schedule 3 (Commonwealth authorities (definition of "public

sector employment"))

4.1 Omit "Australian Airlines Limited".

4.2 Omit "Qantas Airways Limited".
