Industrial Relations Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Industrial Relations Act 1988.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of the Industrial Relations Amendment Act 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Industrial Relations Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 6 (Prescribed tribunals—subsections 15 (1), 15 (2) and 21 (5) of the Act)

3.1   Subparagraph 6 (a) (ii):

Omit “and”.

3.2   Paragraph 6 (a):

Add at the end:

• “(iii)

  Administrative Appeals Tribunal;

• (iv)

  Security Appeals Tribunal;

• (v)

  National Native Title Tribunal; and”.
