I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Industrial Relations Act 1984 .21 December 2005

Automotive Industries | The work of a – |
(a) motor cycle mechanic or small engine mechanic or both; or | |
(b) motor mechanic. | |
Building Trades | The work of any of the following persons otherwise than at a construction site: |
(a) special class tradesperson; | |
(b) labourer or trades assistant; | |
(c) carpenter; | |
(d) glazier; | |
(e) joiner or machinist or both; | |
(f) painter; | |
(g) fibrous plaster caster; | |
(h) marker or setter-out; | |
(i) signwriter. | |
Building and Construction Industry | The work of any of the following persons at a construction site: |
(a) tradesperson; | |
(b) builder’s labourer; | |
(c) construction and maintenance worker. | |
Electrical Engineers’ | The work of any of the following persons: |
(a) battery fitter; | |
(b) battery attendant; | |
(c) cable jointer; | |
(d) cable jointer’s mate; | |
(e) electrical fitter or armature winder or both; | |
(f) electrical mechanic; | |
(g) electrician, special class; | |
(h) linesman; | |
(i) linesman’s assistant; | |
(j) shift electrician; | |
(k) electrical instrument maker or repairer or both; | |
(l) refrigerator mechanic or serviceman; | |
(m) radio mechanic; | |
(n) electrical fitter’s assistant and mechanic’s assistant; | |
(o) television/ radio electronic equipment serviceman. | |
Plant Nurseries | The work of a propagator. |
Plumbers’ | Plumbers’ work. |
Produce | The work of an employee in a refrigerating or coolstore chamber. |
Restaurant Keepers’ | The work of – |
(a) a cook; or | |
(b) a kitchen-hand or pantry-hand; or | |
(c) a chef. | |
Retail Trades | The work of a retail employee. |
Security Industry | The work of a security officer. |
Wholesale Trades | The work of – |
(a) a commercial traveller; or | |
(b) a merchandiser. |

1. For each page of a copy of a single application for award or variation of award | 0.2 | |
2. For a copy of all applications in respect of one award for a year | 20 | |
3. For each 10 pages or part of 10 pages of transcript of proceedings before the Commission if requested by a person who did not appear at those proceedings | 10 | |
4. For each page of a photocopy of documents provided by the Registrar | 0.5 | |
