I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, in pursuance of section 9A (1) of the Industrial Relations

Act 1996, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to update the list of councils that are declared not to be national system employers for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth. The amendments reflect the dissolution, amalgamation and constitution of councils since the Industrial Relations (National System Employers)

Order 2009 was first made.
This Order is made under section 9A (1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996.
