Industrial Relations (Mandatory Code of Practice for Outworkers) Repeal Notice 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Industrial Relations ( Mandatory Code of Practice for Outworkers) Repeal Notice 2012 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 9 November 2012. 3 Notification of repeal of Mandatory Code of Practice (1) The Mandatory Code of Practice for Outworkers in the Clothing Industry made under the Act, section 400I has been repealed. (2) The instrument that repeals the code of practice has been made. 4 Repeal of notice The Industrial Relations (Mandatory Code of Practice for Outworkers) Notice 2010, SL No. 283 is repealed. 5 Expiry of notice This notice expires the day after it is notified in the gazette.
