I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 3 (2) of the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 1995, and with the advice and consent of the Execu- tive Council, fix 1 November 1996 as the day on which Part 2 and sections 35 and 36 of that Act come into operation.
