I, the Governor, acting under section 3 (2) of the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment and RepealAct 1995 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 12 (1) of that Act comes into operation.
