Industrial Relations (General) Amendment

Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Industrial Relations (General)
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Workforce Reform Act 2014 section 4 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Industrial Relations (General)
Regulations 1997.

4.             Part 7 inserted

After regulation 14 insert:

Part 7 — Miscellaneous

15.           Police Force prescribed as a public sector entity: section 26

The Police Force within the meaning of the Police
Act 1892 is prescribed for the purposes of the definition
of public sector entity in section 26(2B) of the Act.
