Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2001 (the Principal Regulation) to increase certain fees charged by the Industrial Relations Commission. This Regulation also makes some consequential changes to the Principal Regulation following the commencement of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 on 1 January 2012.
This Regulation is made under the Industrial Relations Act 1996, including sections 183 and
407 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Industrial Relations (General) Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2012.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2012 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
