Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2001
to increase certain fees that the Industrial Relations Commission charges.
This Regulation is made under the Industrial Relations Act 1996, including sections 183

(Regulations relating to fees) and 407 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Industrial Relations (General) Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2009.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
