Industrial Relations Act 1996

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees that the Industrial Relations
Commission currently charges.
This Regulation is made under the Industrial Relations Act 1996, including section 183

(Regulations relating to fees).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Industrial Relations (General) Amendment
(Fees) Regulation 2006.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2006.

3 Amendment of Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2001

The Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2001 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
