Industrial Relations (Employer-employee

Agreements) Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Industrial Relations

(Employer-employee Agreements) Amendment

Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012 section 44 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Industrial Relations
(Employer-employee Agreements) Regulations 2002.

4.             Schedule 3 amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete “Commercial

Arbitration Act 1985” and insert:

Commercial Arbitration Act 2012
