The Parliament of Australia enacts:

Short title etc.

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial Relations Court (Judges'

Remuneration) Act 1993.

(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Industrial Relations Act

Commencement

2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Appropriation for payment of certain salaries and allowances

3. Section 358 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "or 23" and

substituting ", 23, 365 or 366".
