INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

No. 2 of 1994

Pursuant to the powers conferred by section 113 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and all other powers enabling, the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission makes

the following regulations-

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Industrial Relations Commission Amendment

Regulations No 2 of 1994.

(2) In these regulations the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 1985 are re-

2. Amend Form 7 by deleting in Note 2:— "seven (7)", and insert in lieu thereof 'fourteen
(14)".
