INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1979

Amendments to Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 1985 Pursuant to section 113 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (as amended) the following amendment is made to the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission

1. That sub-regulation 21(3) be revoked and the following new sub-regulation come into

effect in lieu;

(3) A respondent who is served with an application made under section 29(1)(b) and who desires to contest the claim shall file an answering statement in the Commission, within 21 days of being served with the application.
