Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IndustrialRelationsRegulation2011 . 3 Amendment of s 4 (Prescribed amount—Act, ss 71K, 72 and 276) (1) Section 4, ‘72(1)(e)(iii) and (3)(f)(iii)’— omit, insert— 72(3)(f)(iii) (2) Section 4— insert— (2) For section 72(1)(e)(iii) of the Act, the amount is— (a) to the extent that section relates to section 73(1)(a) of the Act—$118100; or (b) to the extent that section relates to section 73(1)(b) of the Act— (i) for a senior health service employee engaged under the Hospital and HealthBoardsAct2011 and a high-income guarantee contract—$950000; or (ii) otherwise—$118100.
