Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IndustrialRelationsRegulation2011. 3 Amendment of s 146A (Extension of nominal expiry date—Act, s 828) Section 146A(2)— insert — (f) 31 August 2015 is prescribed for the ‘Department of Education and Training (Education) Cleaners’ Certified Agreement 2011’; and (g) 30 June 2016 is prescribed for the ‘Department of Education, Training and Employment State School Teachers’ Certified Agreement 2012’. 4 Amendment of s 146B (Wage increase—Act, s 830) Section 146B(2) to (5)— omit, insert— (2) An increase stated in column 2 of the schedule opposite a continuing agreement— (a) applies to the relevant wages; and (b) applies, or is taken to have applied, on and from the day stated in column 3 of the schedule opposite the increase. (3) However, any increase applies only to an employee who is covered by the continuing agreement on or after 1 December 2013. Page 2 2015 SL No. 91
Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 5] (4) In this section— relevant wages , in relation to an increase stated in column 2 of schedule 5C opposite a continuing agreement, means— (a) if there is more than one increase stated for the agreement— (i) for the first increase stated for the agreement—the wages stated in the agreement; or (ii) for any other increase stated for the agreement—the wages stated in the agreement as affected by any earlier increase for the agreement; or (b) otherwise—the wages stated in the agreement. 5 Replacement of sch 5C (Wage increases—Act, s 830) Schedule 5C— omit, insert — 2015 SL No. 91 Page 3
