Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 13 June 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IndustrialRelationsRegulation2011 . 4 Insertion of new s 145E Part 13A— insert— 145E Declaration for Act, s 692—TAFE Queensland For section 692(3) of the Act, TAFE Queensland established under the TAFEQueenslandAct2013 is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Act, section 14(2).
