1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Industrial Relations Regulation 2011 .

3   Insertion of new s 145L

Part 13A—
insert—

145L    Declaration for Act, s 692—National Injury Insurance Agency, Queensland

For section 692(3) of the Act, the National Injury Insurance Agency, Queensland established under the National Injury Insurance Scheme (Queensland) Act 2016 is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Act, section 14(2).
