Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 14 December 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IndustrialRelationsRegulation 2011. 4 Insertion of new s 145C Part 13A— insert — ‘145C Declaration for Act, s 692—local governments ‘For section 692(3) of the Act, each local government under the LocalGovernmentAct2009 stated in schedule 5B is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Act, section 14(2).’. 5 Insertion of new sch 5B After schedule 5A— insert — ‘Schedule 5B Local governments declared not to be national system employers section 145C Page 2 1 Aurukun Shire Council 2 Balonne Shire Council 2012 SL No. 223
