s1 2 s5 Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 220, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Relations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IndustrialRelationsRegulation2000. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Prescribed amount—Act, ss 72 and 276) Section 4, ‘$98200’— omit, insert— ‘$101300’. 4 Amendment of s 37 (Prescribed particulars for election or ballot result reports—s 121 and Act, ss 488 and 600) (1) Section 37(2), after paragraph (o), examples of reasons for rejection under paragraph (j)— omit. (2) Section 37(2), after paragraph (j)— insert — ‘Examples of reasons for rejection — For a postal vote, the voter’s voting declaration was— (a) not filled in or signed; or (b) not put in the return envelope; or (c) taken from the return envelope before the manager of the ballot received the return envelope.’. 5 Amendment of ss 68 and 90 Sections 68(1)(b) and 90(1)(b), ‘section 253ZQ’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1, section 110’.
