Made under the Industrial Relations Amendment Act 2018 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation

This proclamation is the Industrial Relations Amendment
Act 2018 Commencement Proclamation 2018.

2. Commencement of Act

The Industrial Relations Amendment Act 2018, other than Part 1,
comes into operation on the day after the day on which this
proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Note: Under regulation 2(b) of the Industrial Relations Commission Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2018, the provisions of those regulations, other than

Relations Amendment Act 2018 Part 2 comes into operation.
