INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1996 NO 17—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the state of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 February 1997 as the day on which section 322 (3) of that Act commences.
