AMENDMENT ACT 1992

No. 26 of 1992

AN ACT to amend the Industrial Lands Development

Authority Act 1966.

[Assented to 19 June 1992.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industrial Lands Development

Authority Amendment Act 1992.

Commencement

2.    This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

3. Section 14 (1) of the Industrial Lands Development Authority Act 1966* is amended by deleting "30 June 1992" and substituting the following
