AMENDMENT ACT 1991

No. 43 of 1991

AN ACT to amend the Industrial Lands Development

Authority Act 1966.

[Assented to 17 December 1991]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Industrial Lands Development

Authority Amendment Act 1991.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

3. Section 14 (1) of the Industrial Lands Development Authority Act 1966* is amended by deleting "31 December 1991" and substituting the following —
