This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Development (Sale of Surplus Land) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Industrial Development (Sale of SurplusLand) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (Sale of surplus land by private treaty (s 6C(2)(c) of the Act) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Sale of surplus land by private treaty—Act, s 6C(2)(c) ‘ 2. The Corporation may sell the surplus land in the County of Merivale, Parish of Warwick described as the part of Lot 3 on Crown Plan 867702 that was formerly Lot 5 on RP 36192 by private treaty.’.
