This regulation may be cited as the Industrial Development (Sale of Surplus Land) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Industrial Development (Sale of SurplusLand) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (Sale of surplus land by private treaty (s 6C(2)(c) of the Act)) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Sale of surplus land by private treaty (s 6C(2)(c) of the Act) ‘ 2. The Corporation may sell the surplus land in the County of Stanley, Parish of Ipswich described as Lots 1 and 2 on R.P. 198203 by private treaty. ˙ ‘ Expiry ‘ 3.
