AN ACT to amend the Industrial Development

(Resumption of Land) Act, 1945-1958.

[Assented to 2nd December, 1960.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial

Development (Resumption of Land) Act Amend-

ment Act, 1960.

(2) In this Act the Industrial Development (Resumption of Land) Act, 1945-1958, is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Industrial Development (Resumption of Land) Act, 1945-1960.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by adding after the word, "members" in line one of subsection (2), the words, "of whom five members shall be";
(b)	by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (2);
(c)	by adding after paragraph (f) of subsection (2) a passage as follows

and the remaining member of the Com-

mittee shall be-

(g) an officer of the Government Department known as the Department of Industrial Development nominated from time to time by the Minister for Industrial Development.
