These rules may be cited as the Industrial Court (Industrial Organisations) Amendment Rules (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. These rules commences on the commencement of the Industrial Court Rules 1997 . ˙ Rules amended 3. These rules amends the Industrial Court Rules 1990 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (Short title) 4. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 2. These rules may be cited as the IndustrialCourt(IndustrialOrganisations) Rules 1990. ’. ˙ Omission of pts 2–67, 72 and 73 5. Parts 2 to 67, 72 and 73— omit. ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Fees before the court, commission or registrar) 6.(1) Schedule 1, items 1 to 9— omit. (2) Schedule 1, item 10(a)(iii), ‘conduct of’— omit, insert— ‘exemption to conduct’.
