2 Industrial Court Amendment Rules (No. 1) No. 431, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. These rules may be cited as the Industrial Court Amendment Rules (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended rules 2. The Rules of Court are amended as set out in these rules. ˙ Replacement of r.1.2 (Short title) 3. Rule 1.2— omit, insert— ‘1.2 These rules may be cited as the Industrial Court Rules 1990 . ’. ˙ Omission of rr.18.17 and 18.18 4. Rules 18.17 and 18.18— omit. ˙ Renumbering of r.18.19 (Powers and Duties of Officers of the Court and Commission) 5. Rule 18.19— renumber as rule 18.17. ˙ Amendment of r.27.8 (Application of Justices Act) 6. Rule 27.8— omit Section 17.20 ’, insert section 53 of the Act ’. ˙ Insertion of new rr.45.8 and 45.9 7. After rule 45.7— insert—
3 Industrial Court Amendment Rules (No. 1) No. 431, 1993 ˙ ‘Returns and other statistical information required by the Court, Commission or Registrar ‘45.8.(1) The Court, Commission or Registrar may require industrial organisations to file returns or other statistical information with the Registrar. ‘(2) The requirement may be made in the way the Court, Commission or Registrar considers appropriate. ˙ ‘Register of officers ‘45.9. The copy of the register of officers required, under section 250 of the Act, to be filed with the Industrial Registrar, must be in Form 22. ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 (Fees before the Court, Commission or Registrar) 8.
