This rule commences on 6 July 1998. ˙ Rules amended 3. This rule amends the Industrial Court Rules 1997 . ˙ Amendment of rr 8, 86, 92, 96 and 142 4. Rules 8(2), 86(1), 92(1), 96(1) and 142(1), ‘This section’— omit, insert— ‘This rule’. ˙ Amendment of r 21 (Applications for certificate as to requested representation) 5. Rule 21(3)(b)(ii), after ‘and (b)’— insert— ‘of the Act’. ˙ Amendment of rr 69, 72 and 143 6. Rules 69(3), 72(5) and 143(3), ‘this section’— omit, insert— ‘this rule’.
