This Act may be cited as "The I ndustTial Short title Concaiation and Arbitration Acts Am . endment Act . of a co n n d s t ruc t I ' on. 1936," and shall be read as one with '1<" The Ind~ tstnal Conciliation and Arbitration Acts, 1932 to 1935," herein- after referred to as the Principal Act. 16006 LABOUR. TVorkm's' Compensation, Etc., Act. 1 Enw. VIII. No. 21, Amendment of the Principal Act. Amendment 2. (1.) The proviso to subsection lA of section of s. 82 (lA). eighty-two of the Principal Act, being the proviso commencing with the words " Provided nothing herein- before contained" and ending with the words "and whether fixed by any such award or not," is here by repealed. (2.) The amendment of the Principal Act made by subsection one of this section shall be deemed to have been made therein on the first day of .T ulv. one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and 'shall ha~ - ~ retrospective effect and operation accordingly. 1 Eu\\. This Act may be cited as "The Workers' ~ ~ ~ struction. Oompensation Acts Amendment Act of 1936," and shall be read. as one with *"The Workers' Oompensation Acts, 1916 to 1935," herein referred to as the Principal Act. Collective The Principal Act and this Act may collectively title. be cited as "The Workers' Oompensation Acts, 1916 to 1936." Amendments of the Principal Act. Amendment 2. Subsection one of section fourteen of the of s. 14 (1). Principal Act is amended: as follows : - (a) In paragraph (i.) of provision (A), the words "six hundred" are repealed and the words "seven hundred and fifty" are inserted in lieu thereof. (b) In paragraph (ii.) of provision (A), after the word "dependants," where it last occurs in the said paragraph, the following words are added, namely:- " but not less than one hundred and fifty pounds." * () Geo.
