AN ACT to amend the Industrial Conciliation

and Arbitration Act, 1902.

1. This Act may be cited as the Industrial Conciliation and Short title.

Arbitration Act Amendment Act, 1909, and shall be read as one with

the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1902, hereinafter

referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section two of the principal Act is amended by adding to the Amendment of see

and

(ix.) The dissolution of apprenticeships.
