Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 12 September 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 13 (Fees)

3.1   Paragraph 13 (2) (a):

Omit “$8,000”, substitute “$6,700”.

3.2   Paragraph 13 (2) (b):

Omit “$4,500”, substitute “$5,600”.

4.   Schedule 2 (Fees)

4.1   Item 3A:

Omit “500”, substitute “1,000”.

4.2   Item 3B:

Omit “$500”, substitute “1,000”.

4.3

 Item 7:

Omit “4,000”, substitute “3,000”.

4.4   Item 14:

Omit “4,500”, substitute “3,500”.

4.5   Item 15:

Omit “$500”, substitute “1,000”.
