  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2008.

  1. Amendment of Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990
