1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990.

[1]Paragraph 6A (b)

substitute

  1. (b)

    the matters set out in items 7, 8 and 11 of Part B of the Schedule to the Act; and

  2. (c)

    a summary of the chemical’s health effects and environmental effects.
