INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT [ASSENTED TO 27TH NOVEMBER, 1929.] BE SOCIETIES ACT it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty? t: E~ : ~ ~ fg~ by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title I. This Act may be cited as "The Industrial and : ~ ~ struction. Provident Societies Act Amendment Act of 1929," and shall be read as one with *" The Industrial and Provident Societies Act of 1920," herein referred to as the Principal Act. The Principal Act and this Act may collectively be cited as "The Industrial and Provident Societies Acts, 1920 to 1929." Amendment oj the Principal Act. Amendment 2. Schedule n. of the Principal Act is amended as of Seh. H. follows:- Subclause one of rule 29 is repealed and the following subclause one is inserted in lieu thereof:- Remedy for "(1.)
