1989, make the Order set forth hereunder.

2. The Industrial and Commercial Training (Declared Trades and Declared Callings) Order 1989 is amended by inserting in Schedule 1 in appropriate alphabetical order the following vocation which is designated as a declared trade for the purposes of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1989:
