I, KERRY CHIKAROVSKI, Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment, in pursuance of section 21 of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, make the Order set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Order takes effect on 9 December 1994.

Amendment

2. The Industrial and Commercial Training (Declared Trades and Declared Callings) Order 1989, is amended by deleting in Schedule 1 the following vocation which is no longer designated as a declared trade for the purposes of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989:
