INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEES' HOUSING AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1998

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Employees' Housing

Amendment Regulations 1998.

Regulation 3 repealed and a regulation substituted

2.Regulation 3 of the Industrial and Commercial Employees' Housing Regulations 1974*

is repealed and the following regulation is substituted—

Fees for attendance at meetings

3.The following fees for attendance at meetings by members of the Authority

(other than members who are officers of the Public Service) are prescribed for the

purposes of section 10 (2) of the Act—

(a) Chairman $280 for a full day meeting; $185 for a half day meeting;

(b) Other members $186 for a full day meeting;
$123 for a half day meeting.
