Majority Support Application

[1] I have issued a previous Decision  1and Order 2 arising from this application by the Independent Education Union of Australia (IEU) made pursuant to section 236 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).

[2] Subsequently a ballot was conducted by the Australian Electoral Office (AEO) in accordance with my Order. The result of the ballot does not support the application.

[3] I cannot be satisfied as to the matters I am required to consider pursuant to ss. 237 of the Act.

[4] This application is dismissed.
