Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 10 May 2016, the Queensland and Northern Territory Branch of the Independent

Education Union of Australia lodged with the Fair Work Commission prescribed information

in relation to an election for the following offices:

Branch Executive Member (Northern Territory Division)	(5)
Branch Executive Member (Queensland Division)	(29)

Northern Territory Division Advisory Committee Member from the following

Sub-divisions:

Darwin Urban	(2)
Top End Rural	(1)
Southern Region - Alice Springs	(1)

Branch Committee of Management Member:

Secretary	(1)
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer	(1)
Assistant Secretary	(2)
Senior Vice-President (Northern Territory Division)	(1)
Senior Vice-President (Queensland Division)	(1)
Junior Vice-President	(1)
President	(1)
Committee Member (at least one (1) of whom shall be from the Northern
Territory Division	(3)
Alternate Delegate of the Branch Executive to the Federal Executive	(1)

[2]         I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
