The Rock Preschool Incorporated Teachers Collective Agreement Teachers Agreement 2010.

[1] An application has been made for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled The Rock Preschool Incorporated Teachers Collective Agreement Teachers Agreement 2010. The initial proceedings were adjourned on 3 March 2011 for further discussions between the Independent Education Union of Australia-New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory Branch and The Rock Preschool Incorporated. The matter had been listed for further proceedings on 8 April 2011, but a notice of discontinuance was filed in advance of that listing. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
