Rosellas Community Preschool Inc Employee Collective Agreement 2011.
[1] The Independent Education Union of Australia-New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory Branch has filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement titled the Rosellas Community Preschool Inc Employee Collective Agreement 2011 (“the agreement”). It appears that parts of the agreement, as signed and filed, inadvertently differed from the agreement which was put to a vote; and, given their nature, acceptance of the proposed undertakings apparently would have been contrary to s.190(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009. The matter had been listed for further proceedings today, but a notice of discontinuance was filed prior to that listing. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
