Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Independent Contractors Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence as follows:
(a)on 1 July 2010 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;
(b)on the commencement of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009 (SA) — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.

Schedule 1 amends the Independent Contractors Regulations 2007.
