Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (Schedule 1 of Act) Variation Regulations 2020.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 19—Declared public officers, public authorities and responsible Ministers (Schedule 1 of Act)

Regulation 19, table—before the row of the table relating to private certifiers insert:

a member of a joint planning board or a subsidiary of a joint planning board established under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016

an employee of a joint planning board or a subsidiary of a joint planning board

the joint planning board

the Minister responsible for the administration of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
